Puko
The short version: Puko does not collect, store or share any personal information about you or your child.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising identifiers.
- No accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no links out of the game.
- Game settings and the purchase status stay on your device only.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
1. Who we are
Puko is made by MB FutureFlow Solutions, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 304506852, registered address 11 Dangerucio Street, Vilnius, Lithuania). For the purposes of data protection law we are the “controller” of the limited information described below.

2. What the app collects
Nothing. The Puko app does not collect or transmit personal information. Specifically, the app does not:
- show advertising or use advertising identifiers (IDFA / Google Advertising ID);
- use analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools;
- ask for a name, email address, age, photo or any other personal details;
- access the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos;
- contain chat, social features or links to websites outside the game.
3. What is stored on your device
To work properly, Puko saves a few small settings only on your device:
- whether the extra worlds (Jungle, Arctic and Ocean) have been unlocked, so they stay open even without the internet;
- sound and music volume.
This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
4. In-app purchases
The Jungle, Arctic and Ocean worlds can be unlocked with a single one-time in-app purchase. Every purchase is protected by a parental gate (a maths question for grown-ups).
Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. The app only talks to the store to show the price, start the purchase and confirm that the purchase has been made. We never receive your card details, name or email address from the app.
Apple and Google provide us with sales reports (for example, the date, country and amount of a sale). We use them only for accounting and tax purposes and keep them for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires.

5. Children’s privacy
Puko is designed for children aged 2–4. Because the app collects no personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Google Play’s Families Policy and Apple’s App Store guidelines for the Kids category.
Anything that involves money is behind a parental gate. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. This website
pukoworld.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the service from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
7. When you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and help you. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, usually within 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Because the app collects no personal data, in practice this applies mainly to emails you have sent us. To exercise your rights, contact hello@pukoworld.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or the data protection authority in your country.
10. Changes to this policy
If Puko changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
